Arrive at Shutter Haus! Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by an on-site attendant who will be there to assist you throughout your session. They can help with lighting equipment, holding props, setting up, and anything else you need! We want this to be the best studio experience for you and your guests.
After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the instructions & directions on how to get to our studio. Everything you need to know will be there!

We will send over parking details and directions to your email once you book! You can also find directions located on our instagram highlights.
No problem! There will be an on-site attendant present during your session who will be there to help you with the basics of utilizing our equipment.
There is a 15 minute grace period before and after your reserved session in which you can arrive as early as 15 minutes prior to your session to set up. You also have a 15 minute grace period after your session for last minute clean up but please be mindful of your time as there may be another session coming in right after you!
For small private events, up to 20 people can fit comfortably. For studio sessions, we'd recommend having no more than 10 people at a time.
Yes! We have a refrigerator for you to store your food & drinks during your session and we also offer a few beverages in-house. However, all items that are brought with you must be taken out once your session ends. Please also be mindful of the equipment and furniture.
All photographers, videographers and creatives alike are welcome! The in-house creatives are just an added bonus if you need help with your project.
